Here we have that classic little run down house by the tracks with this Atlas #702 HO Trackside Shanty Kit. Perfect detail that any hobo would love to live in. The Atlas 'Trackside Shanty' is typical of the countless many unpretentious little shanties you might see at most railroad installations. It served as an office in an engine terminal or small yard and sometimes for a grade crossing watchman. Ages 7 and over, adult supervision required.
